    please.

Thats all we need is more slicked up lawyers.

Democrats dont like loosers, when democrats loose, they try and make them dissapear.

    IE Al Gore.

Kerry, Liberman are both gonna be two quiet SOBs from now on also.

I see Hillary Clinton or The minority leader in the senate more likely.

You would think that in a country of 270+ million, we could actually find 2 viable candidates that are actually qualified for this job. Perhaps we need to rethink how we choose our candidates. Maybe we need to go into the private sector and pull out a couple of GMs or CEOs of successsful companies or sports teams that know how to run on a budget and keep the stockholders happy. Let us stay away from lawyers and long term politicians and get some new blood in Washington. Bill Gates anyone?

Most successful businessmen would refuse to run... mainly because of the intense proctological scrutiny by the press of anyone who seems connected to big business.

    Great post Jim.

The citizens are the American stockholders, and right now our capital is being pissed away.

George W. Bush said a great thing once...

"Sometimes in life, there is the need for accountability."

I agree with you Dubya, now how about being accountable for the messes you have created in the last 4 years. You've been granted the opportunity to go from one of the worst presidents in American history to at least a mediocre one. Make the most of it.

I would be remiss not to point out that Bush ran several unsuccessful companies himself.

And Kerry's done nothing but act seditiously, marry rich es, and windsurf his entire Senate career...

President Bush didn't do to bad with the Rangers.

Edwards will not be the front runner come '08. He did for the campaign this year. He won't win the primary.

I think its time to get the Political Career Accelerator Machine (Patent Pending) fired up for Mr. Barack Obama. It's time for some real change in this country.

Please someone tell me what is up with Barack Obama?? All I know about this guy is that he spoke at the Dem convention, is apparently articulate, just got elected to congress (senate I think), and that everyone is ridin his jock... I am a democrat, but I would really like to know what about this guy is special... I am not saying that there isnt anything special, I am pleading ignorance on the subject...

The reason everone is so high on him is because he gave his opponent a royal asswhipping...he got like 70% of the vote or something...and he was one of the few new Democrats to win a government seat.

Give the Dems a break, they don't have much to celebrate these days lol.

Hey Im a Dem, and I understand that concept, but is this really the only reason why everyone is so high on him?? Does he have any new and exciting ideas that will invigorate the party?? I guess Ill just have to do some research because there has to be more to this guy than people are telling me. I hear his name outta everyones mouth (even 3 days before the election).

It's just that he won a major senate seat.

The one thing I remember about him is that he really pissed the Pakistanis off a while back when he said we should invade Pakistan.(sounds like a damn fine Republican if you ask me)

For now its Hillary against Jeb, but I would not be surprised to see Howard Dean gain more legitimacy as a serious candidate for 2008.

Damn, can i rent that machine ? I'd love to tweak & turbocharge it even more, who knows i might be able to become Indonesia's next president in 2009 election year, out of my current job as a marketing specialist.
