No, I don't feel down about the Spurs in the eleventh month of the year unless any of the big three go down with season-ending injuries.
ino its really early in the season but the loss to dallas makes me just not even wana watch tonights game, i guess after the summer and then the no call 3 point shot i feel![]()

KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!!!!
Nope, it's November and we have a great record plus a game tonight. :-)
You guys will be fine. It was a good game friday but you will turn it around. The Spurs are for real and are gunning for the Mavs harder this year.
Finally a sensible statement from you.![]()
Seriously?! It's waaaayyyyy too early to be stepping out onto the ledge.
wow, it must suck to be 10-3![]()
Your upset about the season now?The Spurs have looked goo so far, minus Cleveland and Charlotte. The game Friday was great! Hard Faught and I am looking forward to every Spurs/Mavs game to come down to the last posession! So come in from off the ledge my friend. Have a few drinks and watch the game tonight
It will be a good one. Don't throw in the towel yet, Matter of fact in November you shouldn't even have picked up the towel yet!
And we're 10 and 3!
I have a good feeling they'll start a 5-6 game win streak soon.
Hopefully they can continue dominating on the road, that is far more important than a solid home record, since, at this rate, home court throughout the playoffs seems to be taken by Utah, but they could fizzle out, but I really think they are going places and aren't just a team that doesn't deserve it.
The Spurs that can win on the road are the ones that will win the le.
wayyyyyyyyyyy to early to feel down,
i think we are a better team without Mohamed and Rasho;
and with Timmy w/o PF!
There is no reason to be depressed. The Spurs have the best basketball player in the NBA and he is playing well with Oberto's game---much better than with Rasho or Mohammed. The only weakness i see is finding somebody that can guard Dirk. maybe Elson can fill that job.Once Manu and Finley hit their stride, watch out NBA.
If you can't enjoy the up and down process of the regular season then I guess no, you shouldn't watch. , this is as good as it gets. The Spurs are the most winning franchise in sports for the last few years. Enjoy all of it while they're still great. It won't last forever.
With a 10 - 3 record and with Tim putting up good numbers? no.

its not every loss imat the spurs its i just dont think we are good enough to be the mavericks but ya i know its to early ect,,,
Getting blown out in first half and losing 2 in a row to Mavs at ATT is special to deal with.
All of our L's at ATT is equally distasteful and weird.
The Spurs suck.
For someone who puts "4 les in 9 years" you outta think about changing it, if feel this down.
God forbid we lose a couple a home games.![]()
As many posters already pointed it out: we are 10-3.
28 out of 30 teams (plus their respective fans) would like to be in the Spurs' shoes. But we find reasons to whine. Go figure.
omg we are still the best team in the league up to now. I recommend you treat yourself for depression.
now Heat fans, those poor SOBS should kill themselves.
when the did i right this???
wtf
I am extremely disappointed. Our lack of hustle, concentration, motivation, energy and defense in the first half is what most depressed me.
For me, a win against the Mavericks is worth two wins against lesser teams.
They are our big rival.
You really show your mettle against good teams, like the Mavericks.
Great records against sorry teams don't tell us much.
That's why a lot of us were unsure of just how good the Mavericks were despite the fact that they had won seven games in a row (all of those games were against teams with losing records). The beat one of the best teams in the NBA on that team's home floor.
It shows that we can forget about those first four losses. Obviously, the Mavericks are for real. And if we play any less than 100 % for 48 minutes, we are in grave danger of losing the ball game.
Up until the last game against the Mavs, I would have said that the Spurs look like the best team in the league. Now, the waters are muddied and it is no longer clear that this is the case. Perhaps this makes it so that the two teams are pretty equal since we won one on their home court, we have the better record, but they won the most recent game on our home court.
While Boutons exaggerates, a .500 record at home is not going to get it done, especially in the playoffs. In 05, we only lost 3 games during the regular season at home. Our homecourt was a tough place for a visiting team to come and get a win and that helped in the playoffs.
Manu is injured. It became crystal clear that Tim Duncan is our one true superstar who can perform in the clutch and no team has an answer for him. They must double and triple team him. Tony was almost adequate. Manu had a poor shooting night, but did hustle.
The good news is that (1) Tim Duncan is the best player in the league, (2) it is only November, (3) the Spurs have a perfect record on the road and (4) in the playoffs, we will be playing a series and I still have a hard time seeing any team in the NBA beat us 4 out of 7 times in May or June.
What are you, 12? Franchise best start not good enough?
We replaced half the team and are already playing flashes of great ball. It's November, we're 10-3, and we will get a lot better at home. Seriously, get a grip!
i guess the roc is a pebble. you should be hard and not come across as being a soft little girl.
3:25 p.m., no?
