The sports news has been saying the Spurs will have a secret intro tonight and said it's something that's never been done in the NBA before.

    Silver Dancers naked.
    Be unfair advantage.

In retaliation, the Kings would have to have Tyra get nekkid, too.

Picklist of things never seen before in the NBA:

    -Rasho monster dunk and chest-pound
    -Doug Christie flip off Jackie
-Chris Webber score in the paint in the fourth quarter of a big game
-Bruce Bowen chosen for technical FT
-Pop yelling "don't worry about that layup they scored, just push it back down the court!"

All the players coming in without their shirts on, accompanied by the Silver Dancers in the same attire?

Stop the teasing... What is it?

Looks like it was a substantial drum corps cranking things up.

Looked good til' they broke out "Y'all Ready for This?"

Stop the misery, get a new song!

I think TimVP should hold his season ticket payment hostage again.

They introduced the entire team instead of just the starting lineup.

No, the secret was who was going to be there to sing the National Anthem.

It was Brian McKnight. I ing love Brian McKnight...it was a very pleasant surprise.

Okay, maybe I should read first. I didn't hear the "never been done before" part, but they played up who was going to sing the NA during all of the preseason games and would never say who it was.

The drummers suspended....that was ed up. I wouldn't do that.

Oh, and the big surprise was the 100 mile train that was blocking us from getting out of the parking lot. We sat there for at least 15 minutes waiting for that stupid thing to move.

I think my next article is going to be about getting rid of that ing song. We've had that thing since '92. It should have been put in the grave with the teal, pink, and orange.

Obviously the team played well enough were worried about the intro song.

The drummers playing, then switching to "Loose my breath" By Destiny's Child was pretty cool.

It was pretty neat, but Im not huge on the pregame hoopla.

the chinese dancing thing before opening night in 02 was not understandable, had no clue what that had to do with the game.

the suspended drummers, I didnt understand that either.

    Oh well.

those suspended drummers were lame. one of them couldn't keep the beat because his drum was swinging so much. i guess they forgot that a drum that is suspended by one wire, when it is hit, it will move.

Oh, and that gay circus artsy thing to open the SBC was perhaps the lamest thing I have ever witnessed. The pink and pastel cactus cemented this opinion for me.
