Assuming he plays Wednsday, what would be the over/under on how many minutes he plays against Utah? I'm thinking that's we'll see about 16 minutes from him at the most (like if the game's on the line or something). What do you guys think?

I have a feeling we won't be seeing any Manu against the Jazz tomorrow, but I hope I am wrong and he heals quick.

He'll get about 20 minutes behind Finley... unless Finley starts off oh-for-six and gets torched on defense.

He should be coming off of the bench for the rest of the season. Finley plays better as a starter and Manu has always been an incredible spark off of the bench.

If Manu doesn't care, why should you? One of the great things about Manu is that he has no ego. Whether he's starting or coming off the bench, he brings that compe ive fire to the floor.

I'm not advocating the switch should be made, because I think we've got a spark off the bench (Barry), but I disagree with your reasoning as to why Finley should not start. Finley shouldn't start b/c he's not shooting well. He should not play as much as he does for that matter.

Don't be so sure that manu does not care...because somewhere deep in him He DOES...he is a human being and guess what it kills some of his aggressiveness. And now that he is not having good games...we will lose him totally.

That's true. Maybe because of his unselfish at ude, that "fine with the bench" at ude we so leisurely want to pull on Manu, is a form of taking him for granted. I mean, every player deep down wants to play and try to win for his team if he's talented enough, so even though Manu's a good sport and respects the coach without complaining like other whiners, sometimes he needs a little more respect in minutes, ball-touches.

I did say his confidence needed a couple boosts.

    ABSOLUTLY

I don't know but if they set some plays that go through manu....may be he will have more confidence...
but i have seen Manu for a couple game now, he tries to get it going early and then they just or he forgets to touch the ball and shoot.
