Yeah but the Democrats aren't primarily the Rich.
Yeah but the Democrats aren't primarily the Rich.
It's somewhat misleading, because it's very likely that all of those Gray counties will eventually be blue. Also, size doesn't reflect density.
But it's still interesting.
Could that possibly be the majority making their voices heard?![]()
That map is very misleading because it assumes that people live evenly throughout the country which we know is not the case. Fact is, almost every big city not in Texas or Utah went for Kerry.
That's a given, basically NY and Cali carry the Democrats...Please note those are the wealthiest regions of the country, along with the upper West Coast...Even Austin...with it's rich kid population and Dellionaires, makes a huge statement deep in the heart of Texas.
The only ultra wealthy regions of the country that went Republican were Dallas and some part of Florida.
I disagree that the gray areas will almost totally be blue. We'll see on that.
No ? I couldn't figure that out by looking at the map.
I'm just judging by the 2000 map... I noticed that most of the counties that are gray were blue in 2000. Obviously some of those may change, but it's likely that most will stay the same.
Then why post a obviously flawed map? If you want a real picture of the country go to MSNBC and look at their Java-script map which shows a actual breakdown of voters based on party. No ? I couldn't figure that out by looking at the map.
There probably hasn't been much change in that map between 2000 & 2004.
Check out Nebraska(it's the one that's totally Red)
You mean Nebraska doesnt have as many people as California? Who would have guessed?
kinda weird that beaumont tx went for kerry
I would Dan but seeing as how you have pointed out how all of the media is right wing biased, I wouldn't trust anything from an obvious rightwing shill like MSNBC. :major inrolleyes
Do try to keep track of your conspiracies in the future.
Check out Austin...LOLOLOL
scratch that...Travis went Bush??
I'm surprised Harris county went to Bush...
Check out how the Brownsville area went Republican. That's kind of a surprise.
The map isnt flawed, you are.
No, I went for Bush.
![]()
Travis went like 90% for Kerry or something like that.
Then again...Austin is pretty much little San Francisco so that isn't much of a surprise.
As hispanics grow in number in Texas, your gonna see more and more counties turn blue in future elections and once that happens, God help the Republican party.
