Before the game Phil Jackson had an interview with FSNET, is a channel that show lakers/clippers games a lot, I don’t know if you guys have it in Texas.
Anyways they asked him what was his favorite thing about Texas, he said Mexican Food, and last question was the thing that he hated most about Texas, and he said Texas in general.
Now my question is, how does that makes you feel?
Did he said anything like this before, I was a little surprised about his comments.

Eh, he's said that many times. I wouldn't give anything Phil Jackson says much credence.
In the interest of fair and accurate reporting, it went like this:
Q: The next four games are against Texas teams. I'm going to ask you straight up, what's the best thing you like about the state of Texas?
Jackson: Mexican food.
Q: And what's the worst thing about the state of Texas?
Jackson: Texas.
(Laughter from both the rest of the way.)
Q: Just in general?
Jackson: Yes. The mentality of Texas.
Q: Really.
Jackson: Yes.
Q: We'll expand on that later. Did you hear that Texans? He's coming out there.
That was it. It was all in good fun. Phil loves to stick the needle with a smile on his face -- especially when he thinks the recipient will get riled.

I don't take that personally! The en geezer probably hates L.A. too and Chicago for that matter! He prefers to live in the woods of en Montana for gods sake! Who gives a what he says! By the way it seems to me like he is always trying to be funny and clever and show off what little wit he has.

Yes, he has said many things like this before.
It is another example that solidifies the fact the Jackson doesn't have any class. He acts like an 8th grader who wants to annoy someone by taking baseless potshots at random things.
He needs to grow up, but if he hasn't by now, it won't ever happen.
