Kori please give us the inside scoop, with Pop and Finley is it a concern with him or is he going to let him shoot his way out of his slump. If Pop is taking the good shooters go through it some time approach it is very painful.
There's no real inside scoop. Pop always says that they have confidence in Finley etc. So I think that they are going to let him ride it out. But I don't know if that will be continuing as a starter. I'd imagine that his minutes will have to decline soon if he doesn't break out of it.

He is taking minutes away from Barry, rather then getting "more" minutes.

I agree that Finley is playing too much while not producing. But he's not playing 35 mpg as you claim. In the last five games, he's averaging about 23 mpg. As a starter on the season he's averaging 25 mpg.
To start the year, I thought they'd each average about 20-22mpg and they are close to that. If Finley continues to slump, I'd image that Barry might end up getting 26-28 mpg (a few more than he is now). But I don't think either one of them will ever be playing 30-35mpg.

38 min in "a" game, well after his slump was established. 111-102 loss to Golden State. Plus he started. (Barry did have 29 min that game.)

Okay no inside scoop. But the Pop "plays those who are playing well" is blown to pieces as regards Findawgs 2006-7 1st 20 games.
Like Que Gee or __ said, what does Barry have to do to get minutes over Findawg, increase to 75% from the floor?

They are obviously hoping Fin shoots his way out of the slump. Like I said, I don't know how long they will continue to do so. In the 3 games prior to the last one, Finley shot 56.8% from the floor. So perhaps, they thought he was making a turnaround.
Only time will tell, but since both players are older, they will probably always each average only 20-25 mpg.
The thing I just don't understand is "why" he seems to think he "has" to let Finley play through all of this. For chrissakes when Barry went through this he was BURIED never to be seen for a month, and Devin Brown was the replacement. Now, the Spurs can actually just plug someone in who can fill the void (Barry) yet, it just doesn't matter.

a. Because its not hounding and she can handle it. Sometimes she has Spurs info that other media are not privy to. Of course we ask her.
b. Because the continued early game minutes and overall equal minutes for .333 fga Finley and .750 Barry is so obviously bad strategy to all but the Fin and Pop Nutt Riders Clubs.
Best talent in league = expected results.
