Bags looked like a pimp today in his news conference. i was glad they made light of the fact that he is the only 1st baseman to have 400 HRs and 200 SBs. among others cool stats...
p.s. there is a poll on ESPN right now asking if Bagwell is a HOF. right now, every state says he is.

I forgot that Bags actually stole bags. He went 40-30 twice in his career.
He made every at bat a spectacle with that squat to the ground stance.
He is a Hall of Famer for sure.
...i also think he was the only ever player to have 6 straight seasons of:
100+ Runs, 30+ HRs, 100+ RBIs, & 100+ BBs
think about that, totally amazing.
I would say he was like Fran Tarkenton or Dan Marino or Thurman Thomas because he never won a le, but those players were a reason their teams got to the championship. Bagwell did nothing the one year his team was in and got swept.
