I don't really see the purpose of these girlie mags(Maxim/FHM) anyway. Are kids allowed to buy them? If you need to be 18 anyway, why not get a Playboy?

Maxim used to be much better as far as the writing goes but funny as it may sound the articles in Maxim are pretty good. I don't turn to it for my jollies, porn is already free on the web.

I used to like Maxim a lot more, but for the reason cited above, I stopped reading it. I do subscribe to Men's Health now though. That's a good magazine. A lot of good stuff, and it's lay out is a lot like Maxim with the several short stories on each page then a few long stories spread throughout.

Maxim and FHM were practically carbon copies anyway. Long live Maxim!
