Seriously, that's pretty impressive, especially when you consider how active he is on the floor on a nightly basis and considering his light frame. Impressive.

He may be limited offensively and Shaq-like at the foul line, but Bowen is one of the game's best perimeter defenders and spot-up three-point shooters. The two-time NBA champion earns his paycheck -- which, incidentally, is about $1.5 million below the league average -- as he hasn't missed a game since 2002, making him the league's current iron man.

Keep pounding that rock Bruce.
Props out to Bruce. But let's keep the cheering down. Vince Carter, Ray Allen & Isiah Thomas may whine and again.

no worries, while Bruce Bowen practices hard in San Antonio, Ray Allen visits a local Seattle club called Rectum...
Way to go Bruce. He really is almighty.![]()

I loves me some Bowen! GO BRUCE!
We were talking about Bruce last year and I was really curious how hard it would be for another team to trade for Bruce Bowen. Forgetting salary issues, how much do you think another team would have to give up to get Bowen away from the Spurs. Now how about that same question but with a 5 years younger Bowen?
Wow, that is impressive enough ... he must write a book about physical condition ... Manu at his age will be out of this league.
I hope we have Bruce for many years to guard some es!
Actually Bruce has picked up his offensive game quite a bit in the past couple of years. He is always a danger from three point land, and at times has shown he can drive, pull up and shoot. He may be limited offensively and Shaq-like at the foul line,
And after the year of Hack-a-Bruce, I think he must have spent the entire off season shooting free throws. Maybe it's not something you notice, since he is seldom fouled, but Bruce is a much better FT shooter than he was a couple of years ago.
