Tony Parker now has an eFG% of .473 on jump shots, according to 82Games.com. This is up from .415 last year, and .405 the season before.

For reference, here are some other notable PGs in the league, and their eFG% on jump shots. Keep in mind this gives extra consideration to 3-pointers, which Parker rarely shoots. I've also included the % of each player's FGA's that have been "jump shots."

    Steve Nash = .607 (76%)
    Kirk Hinrich = .509 (82%)
    Chauncey Billups = .504 (83%)
    Luke Ridnour = .502 (75%)
    Deron Williams = .500 (73%)
    Gilbert Arenas = .484 (74%)
    Jameer Nelson = .479 (67%)
    Tony Parker = .473 (64%)
    Mo Williams = .464 (77%)
    Jarrett Jack = .443 (72%)
    Chris Paul = .430 (67%)
    Jason Kidd = .414 (72%)
    Mike Bibby = .408 (90%)
    TJ Ford = .404 (63%)
    Andre Miller = .393 (61%)
    Stephon Marbury = .377 (60%)
    Baron Davis = .344 (67%)

Every year since he arrived in the NBA, Tony has progressed and worked on his supposed weaknesses.

He's still young and will continue to surprise IMO. I remember Drob saying Tony will be MVP one day, during his first year in SA.

I don't know if he'll go that far but maybe far enough so that some spurs fans stop wanting him to be traded year after year.

that's pretty good. i think the jump shots will make his drives more effective even when he doesn't pull up, it'll save some wear and tear on his body, and it'll create more opportunities for teammates (i see his assists/game have gone up in recent games too).
