Pop wanted to make sure he didn't get hurt before his Rolling Oaks gig...

timvp would ban you for saying such a thing
There's no mercy for Beno on this board.![]()
Just in time for the Q&A tomorrow, someone can ask him where his balls are?![]()
Sequ is either drunk or high by reading some of his posts tonight.
Sequ has never been high.![]()
Well, not in an al udinal sense...
I was thinking "Pop, if you're going to not play Beno, DEACTIVATE his ass for one game, and give an IR player a chance."
should've deactivated him, and played Eric Williams.
Williams would've been perfect against their bigs.
I don't get it, Williams was playing great, and he fits what the Spurs need more than freakin Bonner.
Activate Eric Williams
But seriously. For the few minutes where the ball was hardly moving (in the 3rd was it?) Beno probably could have moved it a bit better then Vaughn did. Since the coaches and have openly said he is the best passer in the team and all. (Although it has been open to discussion here).
Bonner is probably the worst Spur in history.
Just as I thought. They're about to trade Beno for JR Smith. That's why they had to postpone the Phoenix-Denver game, too.
I wish that were true.
Then you could turn Brent Barry into Chucky Atkins.
You forgot
Zarko
Sweet Pee
Wayne
Caddy
The good old days when the spurs had a bunch of losers but at least they
were entertainment.
No one's ever thought he was cool enough to share it with him...![]()

As stupid as most things said are.
Has Sequ ever felt reprimand?
I dont like the who.
John Entwhistle was a badass and don't you ever forget it.
It was some sort of reprimand, having nothing to do with his abilities.
something like that
Sequ you're one of my favorite posters here.
if it was (and I also think it was) we know what is comming.
Beno does not have any credit left with Pop, so if Pop decides not to play Beno because he doesn't like his commitment (better: lack of commitment) the whole story will come to an end.
I can't see that Pop just once more decides to light a fire by not playing Beno for one or two games.
IMO Beno wasn't playing well this season, except two or three games.
I can't share the oppinion of some who think his effort was OK. was it because the expectations were that low? beno isn't a rookie any more and at 24 he also isn't exactly that much of a promising prospect any more.
a player, who showes up when the weather is nice and the opponent is weak, is not what the Spurs need, especially not in the PO.
the last weeks he was playing bad and shooting bad.
Beno has talent. and he can't (or doesn't want to) use it.
Beno can't concentrate when guys like Gasol, Richard Jefferson, or Cuttino Mobley are in town. He gets too excited.
Two words: Sidney Green
Two more words: Charles Smith
What about Walter "Hot Plate" Berry?
charles smith had some pretty sweet plays for us though....and dont forget about CHEROKEE PARKS. haha
