If I was a beting man I would say the team from Texas takes this one.
This should be a good test for the Spurs' offense. The Rockets are first in the league in both points against and OFG%. The Spurs are averaging over 100 points per game and are top five in the league in FG%.
It'll also be interesting to see how Elson handles Yao. Does he get in early foul trouble or does he make Yao run?

Not exactly.
Mc Grady's back![]()
I hate ESPN's pregame ShootAround. Just yakking about the Suns and AI. I'm tired of both already.
Yao looking good early
They are playing rough inside with Duncan
We are concentrating so much on Yao that we aren't stepping up to help on Rafer's drives.
I like Chuck Hayes. Reminds me of David Lee of the Knicks. Just hard working guys. Kinda like in the Shane Battier mold. Willing to do whatever.
Oberto with the foul line jumper. About time we scored. Houston 20 SA 12. Oberto with three fouls now.
Looking at a lineup of Duncan, Barry, Parker, Elson, and Finley.
Finley back to not being able to shoot a jumper.
Boy the early starts really are throwing everyone off. There's no one around.
I wonder if Parker's shooting % goes down when we go back to the leather ball. The new ball is like the one he used in France so he's comfortable with it. Plus how will marriage and possible children effect him.
Houston 24 SA 15 with 2 to go in the 1st. Killing us inside.
Well well well Bonzi Wells is still alive and kicking.
Houston is going to cool down by the third.
Houston 30 SA 21 at the end of the 1st quarter. Tony on the drive losing the ball and coming up shaken.
Let's hope
Vaughn in the game to start the 2nd. Duncan with 2 pts and Yao with 14.
Houston's offense is lost without Yao in the game.
Why is Elson taking jumpshots?![]()
Ours isn't much better. This could be the worst "offensive" team the Spurs could possibly put on the floor.
