...probably the dumbest coaching i have seen in a while. Rice averages over 100 more yards of offense when Clement is the QB...and the coach had him on the sidelines the entire game. look at the stats..ridiculous.
How the do you not know who your QB is by the time you are in a bowl game?
Well, it is Rice and post season play is alien territory
i don't know...but that Rice coach made a critical error. there was a time in the game where a Rice TD would have put them within 10-11 points, and they hade 2-3 drives to do it. not to mention the points they may have put up prior to getting in the hole. now, i am not saying they would have won, cause they wouldn't have, but they would have put 30+ points on the board.
the difference between Clement and the 'other' guy is tremendous. ESPN showed that yardage stat before the game started it was something like 280 with the QB who played and 400+ with Clement.....go figure...then again, it is Rice.
