I fail to see how this belongs in the Spurs forum.
with Krstic being out for the season it is pretty obvious Nets arent getting nowhere in the playoffs (if they even go to playoff)
their frontline is one of the worst in the league
Kidd is 33 and at the end of the next season he would be 35
does he demand a trade? what teams would be interested in him?
Minesota,Dallas?
a trade of Kidd would seem reasonable from both perspectives
-Kidd goes to a contender
-New Jersey isnt going anywhere with the team they have; if i would be New Jersey i would trade Kidd for draft picks and expiring contracts; also tanking the season to get a quality big man in the draft; also Marcus Williams would get some needed playtime
p.s.
he has a 3 year and 60mil$ left so Spurs are out of the question; but him landing in Dallas,LA pr Minny wouldnt be pretty

They play in the East. The Nets still have a chance.
ultimate goal is getting a championship
they dont have a chance for that
Jason still has some couple of years of gas in his tank, probably will go to Miami (older club) and/or go another good team with chance in the East, my guess ... Cavs, Bulls, Mia ...
This is the NBA News Central forum.
I'm sure they'll step up their shopping of McInnis' expiring deal now. If they can't find a taker, they should buy him out and call up Andre Brown from the D-League. He's shooting about 66% from the floor and kind of looks like K-Mart to boot.
It wasn`t here before, it was in the Spurs forum.
