National Champ game to Alamo Bowl? That says a big dropoff, USC made it back to a BCS game.

That's true samikeyp, no matter which bowl game you're in, you should expect to win them all. A nice bowl winning streak helps out in recruiting among other things. (donations $$$)

Lets wait and see what happens with the Badgers, Wolverenes, and Buckeyes before you talk about the Big Ten. If all three of them win their games, then the Big Ten is the real deal. Regardless of what the rest of the Big Ten teams do in their Bowls.
If they are the only teams that win...Big 10 will be 3-4 in bowl games....hardly the real deal.

Yeah, being paired with the powerhouse Boise St is saying quite a bit about your season.
Then again, once you win the National Championship everything but the BCS le game should seem like a disappointment.

I think Aggy is the worst bowl team ever, they have won the award twice:
2005- Cotton Bowl- 38-7 Loss
2006- Holiday Bowl- 45-10 Loss
