They're already done.
as an elite top-3 team in the league?
They're already done.
The day Duncan retires.
it depends
2-3 years.
relish it while you can.
We just beat you sorry ass team with a sorry ass record ( 9 - 20 ) for the 9th consecutive time jerkoff.
You must be new here.
Depends on who the get in the summer of 2008![]()
@ stupid hawks' fans.
I predict a long, fruitful life for the Spurs.
2-3 years left.... unless they somehow revamp on the fly
Chump is not a Hawks fan.
Do you really think a Hawks fan would even have 19K posts on his own board, not to mention a Spurs board?
Chump has more posts than the combined Hawks home game attendance last season.
Anyone who's still a Hawks fan has a certain level of tenacity.
Whatever dude

this post is underrated
anyway, i say 2-3 years...after that, it depends on who replaces duncan but no one they get will be as good as duncan although it's the same for any franchise player
I used to think Tim Duncan could play until he's 40. But now he's 30 and he already plays like he's 40.
So I guess we'll see.

sad but true!
I also could see Duncan retiring at 36 or so
I see Duncan announcing retirement in 2009 although he won't be as effective as he used to be, with Parker being the new go-to guy.
Honestly I think we have 2 more years to be a contender in the top 5. This year luckily we're 1-2 to contend.
Spurs...will decompose themselves...when the batteries run out. Countdown begins when TP starts dying.
Huh?
Anyways, I think SA has anywhere between 1-5 years depending on how things turn out this year and this coming offseason.
