So, Buddy Holly .. it's $22.00/sq foot/year there. Is that about normal for that area? I'm just curious about commercial real estate rentals.

Not bad. How's the location? Google maps is kind of vague, but it looks to be on the northern edge of town?
The sign will get alot of looks from people stuck in traffic.

It's fairly new so it isn't on the actual aerial. Also, it's inside 1604 not outside like the Loopnet link shows.
And that's about average for that area of town, if I'm correct the average price is between 22 and 24 dollars per sq. ft.
Hey, I wonder if Yardley needs a day time receptionist? That could be a cool gig.
It's on the northside, but not as far north as most Spurs players live. It's a very good location for this kind of thing.
I can't wait to play Bowen again at center in the playoffs.
BERSERK would rather play James White at center.
