Oregon State games aren't happening for Okie State, you've got an older (wrong) schedule.

did osu back out cause they can't handle the Pac-10 and the Beavs? makes sense if thats the case.

Yeah, we saw the whoopin' they put on SC and got scared.

No, they still negotiating. They have never been 'ON' per se. What I understand, there is a full sport package being pursued (fb, base/basketball). Actually, from what I hear, the sticking point is that Ore St doesn't want to have to come to GIA to play basketball.

...hmm, i must have forgot the definition of a whoopin'. in any case i think osu should play Or State...

SC had no chance in of winning that game.

i'll bite...14-0 in the fourth and a failed two pointer to tie it. but no chance? USC is better than Or State...but osu is not better than A&M, imo. plus think before the season started. your point is not valid.

...funny thing is my statement and yours (after the fact) are not similar in the least.

its a shame we have Idaho and not ARK to open the season...i wish we had that cushy confidence builder known as the hogs. oh well...

Nope, sticking point is that OkieState didn't wan to come out to Corvallis first in football (originally 2007). Surprised Dr. Risser hasn't tried to mediate the situation a little more, considering his background with both schools.

    Actually jgw is right.

Anyway, that is completely false if you are saying they didn't want to come there next year, because the last date we had was filled by E$PN with UGA. We can't go there next year because we already have other contracts... just like you can't come here. Unless we get a 13-game sched. Nice try, tho.

You do know that OrSt and OkieSt were negotiating before the Georgia deal came through for OkieSt. Georgia also didn't want to come out to Corvallis for any return date which stopped the Georgia/OrSt discussions. Then after OrSt/OkieSt couldn't agree, OkieSt and Georgia signed their home and home.

Obvious you don't follow OkieSt on the WWW, otherwise you'd know this. You probably still don't know what connection Dr. Risser has between OrSt and OkieSt!

I know my one relative working in the AD prolly knows more about it than either of us and I'm just going on what she told me.

I also know that the UGA game was completely brokered by E$PN and had nothing to do with Ore St. If UGA didn't want to go there it was most likely because they thought them not worthy of a trip, much UT won't go to Texas State.

Incidentally, we have a farm adjacent to some relatives of his near Deer Creek. Yes, I realize you'll have to google that location.

    YEs, you're right.

Callahan will get axed for not taking Nebraska's number one talent class god gifted athletes to the BCS championship.

    well, sometimes its like

...USC should win the Pac-10 again, and i am really hoping A&M can win the big 12 south...i think they have as good a chance as ou and t.u.. maybe in 2008, both A&M and USC will be in the BCS...that would be a dream.
