shoot them! :p
just kidding. I guess you can ask them nicely to quiet down but don't get your hopes up. More and more people nowadays refuse to teach their kids better.
What do you do when it sounds like you have shrek and fiona living above you with their toddler that never stops running????

The townhouse is God's gift to those who can't, or don't want to buy. You don't have upstairs or downstairs neighbors.
Damn Manny, you are getting old.
Yeah well when I lived in a townhouse, I still managed to get a lot of noise complaints.

Thats what happens when Stephen Jackson comes over for those "bangin partys yo"
I'll still kick your ass LJ. Bring it. *FLEX*
As long as his neighbors keep the garage closed, the pool table covered, and this bunch away, Manny should be fine.Yeah well when I lived in a townhouse, I still managed to get a lot of noise complaints.![]()
not my neighbors actually, but yeah, the situation needs to be remedied and I think shooting them is the only solution that will work.
I forgot to log back to my name. Oops.
Welcome to the forum Jekka or whoever else forgot to log out or whatever.
Yeah, Manny signed me up and then forgot to log me out before posting.
But thanks!
Sounds like a job for Aszhole Neighbor.
Make them jello shots, to do this you will have to get those plastic togo ramikens. first grab about 10 of the ramikens, fill up a third of the way with jello powder, then up to the 2/3 level w/chlorine, and the rest of the way with amonia, you should be wearing a mask when doing this and closing the containers AS SOON AS YOU ARE DONE POURING AMONIA. Then place in fridge for the time span of 1 spurs game, and bring them to neighbors to enjoy.
Say ho, townhouses are ing pimp. I love my townhouse, especially now that the 14 year old ho across the street isnt sitting on her front porch all damn day. That annoyed me big time.
Toddlers toddle. They learn to walk, then run. It's what they do. Learn to live with it. If their parents didn't chase after them, then I would be worried. It sucks having to live below it but you knew there would be people living above you when you moved in.
...2Blonde

well man, you can either move, or turn up the tv/radio louder.
if they make noise when your trying to sleep....then maybe you need to think about rearranging your sleeping hours.....
sorry man.....we are all SOL at one time or another.....![]()
Uh, that 2blonde. Actually, it's not my apartment, but the tennant was there first. The noisy ers just moved in. And it's not just the toddler. AND IT'S AT ALL HOURS OF THE FREAKING DAY. They walk around like they have bricks on their feet.
Either way, I think your at ude is what is ed up with people in apartments today. I think they need to stop their kid from running around at 4am to respect their neighbors.
sounds more than reasonable. i can't disagree....I think they need to stop their kid from running around at 4am to respect their neighbors.
i used to have neighbors that would thump the bass at like 3am in the morning....
I need a fan to fall asleep....not so much for the air, but more for the dead noise....otherwise, I would hear cars coming down the street, or dogs barking, and I can't fall asleep if it's too quiet.
Back in tha summer when my boy lived in the townhouse with me, we would bump Mike Jones and Paul Wall at 3am and the old next door would bang on the wall. it was funny. also, once, she tried to be louder then us by turning on her radio on some classical real loud. all were good times.
Oh!!!! Who was it here that posted about getting back at a loud neighbor. Remember we were all giving him song suggestions?
banging on the walls. If you had done that to me, you would have gotten visits from the cops.
I respect that, 2Blonde, but too many parents nowadays refuse to do anything about their children. A child should be in bed at 4a not learning to walk.
Wellll....lemme play mom here for a second and I think the other moms here will agree with me. And while I agree that a lot of parents don't parent, I can understand why the kid is up
Most toddlers are up at the crack of dawn. When mine were little I was always up by 5 am. You can try putting them back to sleep, but usually once they are up, they are up and raring to go.
Now, yes, they should try and keep the kid quiet, but it's also quite possible they don't know how loud it is below them.
when will someone invent Children's Tylenol PM???
Benedryl works just fine!
However, I didn't live in an apartment when my kids were born so I didn't have anyone complaining.
calling the cops like a pussy, i'd man up bang on the door and whoop their ass. or just bump with them![]()
