Yes, I have used them, and no, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody else, either...unless you have a ridiculously tiny penis.
lexa condoms are very thin, which would be great for extra sensitivity, however you don't get to feel anything because the regular size is so small that it cuts the circulation off (in?) in your penis.
They are very bad.
Every time my fiancee and I used them I ended up wanting to stop halfway through, or at least not concentrating on what was going on, because they caused pain and discomfort....not to mention how creepy it was to pull out and look down and your piece looks like the veins are literally trying to escape.
Cutting off circulation in the penis is no good.

If you are just looking for a vibrating ring, then spend hte $$ on a quality one from a toy store. They do come in doffernet sizes too. And there are blogs on the net that give reviews on sextoys.
a ring atytached to a condom just seems like some really cheapo to me.
