Back to back games. Lakers are injured. Mavs should win. But I wouldn't bet on the game either way. Kobe does love to play against the Mavs.
Think the Mavs will cover the 9.5 pt spread?
It's a revenge game and the Lakers played a tough game last night so I'm thinking they'll be able to cover it. Lakers have a lot of young guys though and playing back-to-back might not really bother them.

the btb won't hurt them in the least, they will be ready to play...especially because they had limited minutes last night and were very efficient with those minutes. we need to come out and get ahead for a change, drive it to the lane, pick up some fouls on the turiaf and bynum early. the lakers, even as a young team, don't get discouraged so we need to bring our A game tonight.

They will be somewhat tired, but not like usual. They have something to prove against the Texas teams. But Dallas does need to bring their "A" game. Expect Devon George to have a big game.
Then give up some bonehead plays in the 4th.

Mavs will win this by 10 at least.
LA plays Dallas better than anyone else. They have been without Odom both games this season and both were close contests. This one will go down to the wire as well.

Even though the Lakers always seem to play us tough, I'd be really surprised if the Mavs didn't win tonight. The Mavs are 18-3 at home and 4-0 or 5-0 on revenge games against teams that had beat them earlier in the season. Plus, they were really aggravated after that Laker loss a couple of weeks ago. They thought they just gave that away. They've talked about it ever since.

I agree. I would like to say the lakers will win tonight with confidence but I can not. If I were a betting man, I would not touch that bet even with the spread. Now if it were in LA, I'll take that bet every time.
