If it bothers him that much it seems as though he could use the money he's paying the lawyers to find permanent shelter for these 4 people and get them some sort of health care.

This lawsuit is hysterical. I doubt you can scare a homeless person by suing them!
...agreed, the lawsuit is ridiculous. but his complaining...not so much. if it is affecting business, thats not right...he probably worked hard to get where he is.
