Why the is his head so small compared to his shoulders? He looks like the shrunken head dude in Beetlejuice.

I collect these figures. His head looks small because of his jersey coming off his shoulders. the first picture is a bad angle.

    Some info on this figures

    Spurs figures avalible now

    Tim Duncan 1
    Tim Duncan 2
    Manu Ginobili
Michael Finley - repainted figure hard to find

Coming later this year in 2007

    Tony Parker
    David Robinson

Figures I'm sure will be made in future

    George Gervin
    Tim Duncan 3
    Manu Ginobili 2
    Tony Parker 2
Dennis Rodman - as a variant of his Detriot figure. Should be hard to find like Finley.
Terry mings - as a variant of Clippers figure.
Repaints - any star player traded to the Spurs who have a prior figure, like a Jermaine O'Neal.

If we're lucky these figures will be made

    Sean Elliott
    Artis Gillmore
    Avery Johnson
    George Karl
Robert Horry - if made, would be released in all three of his championship teams.
Dominque Wilkins - as a variant of his Atlanta figure. Would be hard to find like Finley

    Real longshot of being made

    Alvin Robertson
Steve Kerr - a variant of his Chicago figure
Vinny Johnson - a variant of his Detroit figure

Good pickup on the ball. Figures with the old new ball could become even more valuable.

They are 9.99 at Toys R Us and a little less at Wal- Mart for the 6". These figures come in 3", 6"and 12". The 12" are usually for the bigger name players.
You can go to Spawn.com to find out about all of the Mcfarlane sports figures and release dates.

Pretty good job, actually. Tony's not that cut up, but sculptors like to accentuate/dramatize musculature.

Yeah they always make the arms really cut. The Manu one is like that too. But this Tony one is pretty decent (with some flaws).

I remember when they first made them, sometimes the faces weren't even close enough that you could guess who they were supposed to be.

When's this coming out? I have the Duncan series 6 and Ginobili ones of Spurs players. Really eager to add the Parker one to my collection and I'd like to find the Finley one.

The Finley figure is pretty much only available online, he's pretty hard to find (that's where I found mine)

The Parker figure comes out in March.
