Warriors got the ball with 7.6
Lebron fumbled it off his foot
Trade Barry and whatever to get Stephen Jackson back for gods sake.
They are replaying game 6 of the Finals with Jack in it...
But he was worthless according to guys like Mr Body![]()
In regulation ...
LeBron 27p, 7r, 5a, 8to
SJax 28p, 5r, 4a, 6to -- but hey, he got those to back with 5 steals![]()

Jack misses the game winning 3.
29 points on the night.
jackson couldnt hit a jumper to tie the game and send it to a 2nd overtime
poor james is a t.o machine
Finley for Jax. Nelson would probably like to have his star player back.
This stat line brought to you by the 2008 Holting Pattern.SJax 28p, 5r, 4a, 6to -- but hey, he got those to back with 5 steals![]()
Jackson might have found the single place his grousin' and chuckin' ways will work. In Golden State he can shoot all he wants, turn the ball over all he wants, not play defense, and not worry about winning.
And chuckleheads will repeat the same J.R. Smith type arguments, failing to understand a stat line.
Yeah 28 points 5 boards and 5 steals suck.
Right Body![]()
They don't suck, but you're not getting what I'm saying.
Anyway, let's wait until the bloom is off the wine. Indiana loved him at first, too.
Yeah you just keep clutching to your Brent Barry jersey.
What does this mean?![]()
Uh... go ahead and clutch your Stephen Jackson sweaty, used jock!
There, we're even or something.
If Brent played 49 minutes, and took 25 shots @40%, he could have a rare night like SJax did last night.
Sjax shot 40% FG vs Cavs, but a career 42%
( so he was off last night )
Sjax shot 50% 3G vs Cavs, but a carreer 3G of of piss poor 34%
( he was +16% last night. He would be the 5th best 3G shooter on the Spurs)
He's 6'8", but his career RB is 3.6!,
1.33 STL,
AST/TO of 1.04 ( iow, he TOs as much as he ASTs, it's a wash).
SJax is nothing but a no-hustle, poor shooting, inefficient scorer who brings nothing else.
Yeah the 03 playoffs showed that no questionSJax is nothing but a no-hustle, poor shooting, inefficient scorer who brings nothing else.![]()
SJax is better than any forward besides Duncan that we have now and he knows the system too.
TPark could score 30 on LeBron James.
![]()
JR last night - 24pts (9/14 shooting, including 6/9 from 3), a few boards, a steal, a block and only 2 to's.
Did i mention he is playing very good D at the moment?
indeed. Going back just to the 4th quarters of the close out games, in every one except 6 against the Lakers, Jackson hit HUGE shots and made big plays, such as actually making some nice assists.Yeah the 03 playoffs showed that no question
2003.
Back when the Spurs had an awesome 3 man PF/C rotation and an awesome 3 man SF/SG rotation.
2003: PF/C had a starter at center who's a good rebounder and great shotblocker with a bench PF who was a great hustle player and good rebounder, scorer, and versatile defender.
2007: No starting center capable of either rebounding or shotblocking. No bench big who can score in the post, guard anyone that isn't also a big man, or grab a board.
2003: Bowen/Jackson/Manu were the triumverate top notch, they all fit well together, often with Jackson and Manu finishing games.
2007: Bowen/Manu/Steve Smith part II/Steve Smith part III. Bowen and Manu undermined by back-ups who when they don't nail shots can't do anything else to make up for it, like play defense, rebound, etc.
Mr. Body, you should go post in the Club. It's clear you're clueless about basketball.
Proof boutons can be a moron on whatever forum he posts on.
That no-hustle, poor shooting, inefficient scorer who brings nothing else to the table brought us the clutch shooting that resulted in a 2003 world championship.
Good call there croutons.
Bill Russell also was once a good basketball player.
Usually people who live in the past aren't this bitter.
Suck my , sucking, George Bush-loving nancy boy. Etc.
