Doesn't matter. The league doesn't look at head-to-head matchups if there is a tie for 1st in the regular season. This "2-0" argument is becoming more meaningless with every passing day.
Look at the schedule coming up for both teams. The mavs have a much easier schedule coming up than the suns.
Good, that will give us a nice indicator so this "strength of schedule" argument can go out the window, too.
And if last year taught us anything when it comes to the Mavs, it's that they absolutely need home court advantage to beat a good team in the playoffs. Dallas is a ty road team.

as is the regular season record, because when the post-season starts, everyone's record is 0-0. its funny how worked up you get over the regular season.

and the truth is, the suns streak doesnt mean . Mavs 2, Suns 0 doesnt mean anything. neither did any of the Mavs streaks so far this year. all that matters is the playoffs. get it through your ing skull.

actually, i didnt say much about that blogfish article, especially that ridiculous misquote. i just simply said that it pointed out how homeristic and ridiculous Simmons' article was, to already annoint the Suns as being on the level of the 96 Bulls, showtime lakers, etc... when the season wasnt even at a HALFWAY point.
