Even though I'm not that big of a Spurs fan, I think Kobe should be fined for the elbow he threw at Manu on Sunday. He knew what what he was doing and was embarrassed that Manu blocked his shot in the final seconds of that game. Too bad Pop didn't do anything about it. How sad is that not to do anything.
