You know Phil will blow a casket if this suspension affects their playoff seeding.

honestly, i'm not worried about that happening at all, look at how close last season was and we had several guys out with injuries in april and still kept the record close. this is why i'm not concerned, spurs' gap is like an ocean right now compared to last season. also, if we match up against the spurs and they have hca, i LOVE seeing the mavs play in s.a., they have played very well there this season and last season. i'm not dissing the spurs, i just don't think it will be easy at all unless a bigtime injury happens to a guy like dirk...or maybe jho.

The Spurs have played well at the AAC too, even if it's been one game. I'm willing to bet the Spurs win the next one in Dallas and even the series.

I think the playoff seeding will either be:

    1. Dallas
    2. San Antonio
    3. Phoenix

    or...

    1. Phoenix
    2. Dallas
    3. San Antonio

    Probably the latter one.

The way the Mavs are playing, even if the Spurs play at the championship level from here on out, I doubt we catch the Mavs.

When is all said and done Phoenix and Dallas are still chasing San Antonio. The Spurs might not be what they once were but they still are the class of the West. They will still be tough to beat in the postseason.

If Kobe was at the game I was officiating, he would've had 25 FT attempts. Of course if it was Dwayne Wade, I'd give him 50.

I'll make sure of that. Kobe's tastes almost as good as Dwayne. I like when he yells at us. We never call T's on Kobe, it's just un-American. I'd prefer to just give a foul to whoever is close to him no the next posession.

    "1. Dallas
    2. San Antonio
    3. Phoenix"

Highly improbable, with SA having 5 more Ls now that Suns and the Suns play much more consistently than the Spurs.

    1 Dallas 37 9
    2 Phoenix 36 9
    3 San Antonio 32 14
    4 Utah 29 17
    5 Houston 28 16
    6 LA Lakers 27 18
    7 Denver 22 20
    8 Minnesota 22 22
    9 Clippers 22 22

True. Both teams seem to play better on the other's floor lately, for some reason.
