News flash: once Duncan retires, the Spurs are going to be terrible. Pop will retire. Manu and TP will sign with other teams. The Spurs will win fewer than 20 games. It's inevitable. Don't lose sleep over how they're going to avoid it. They're not.

I was thinking it couldn't hurt to sign him to a prorated veteran minimum deal for the rest of the season. He would be the eighth-best player on the Spurs.

Yeah, he lives out in that area. That's why everyone thought he would sign with the Nuggets in the offseason but he just didn't want to play this season or maybe never again.
The Spurs already have enough aging shooters who are terrible defenders. Why add yet another?

Spurs fans are so desperate now they're actually mentioning KVH? I remember last year nothing but insults was said about the guy.
KVH voluntarily took the year off to be a husband and father.
