if your team was in the NBA Finals and it was the seventh game everything on the line, would you watch that or tomorrow's superbowl?

Definately watch the Finals. Tomorrow's Super Bowl is gonna suck anyway alot of people I know aren't even watching for the first time in years.
How's it gonna suck? The best defense against one of the best offense's. It's gonna be a lot better than last year's that's for sure.
Superbowl will be better this year. I hope Bud stops putting out stupid commercials that appeal to the lowest common denominator, but I'm sure we'll see enough of Barbaro reading all his fan mail in Heaven while bouncing his Bud Light off the rubber floors God just installed and saying "Wazzup!" to Seabiscuit.
Still, the answer is Game 7 of the Finals. As a long-time Cardinals fan, the NFL only holds passing interest for me, but the NBA runs through my veins.
Having been to a Game 7 of the Finals in person, I can't imagine that there is any sporting event that could ever top that for me. I'm not as passionate about any NFL team as I am about the Spurs, which might explain my viewpoint; whatever the reason, I'm watching Game 7.
The Superbowl is great and all, but if you could be watching your own team in game 7, how is it even a contest? Maybe if finals game 7 and the superbowl were on at the same time AND my team was in both of them it would be a hard choice.

If the Mavs were playing game 7 in the Finals the only way I'd even give a about the Super Bowl would be if the Cowboys were playing. Then, I'd go picture-in-picture at best...or just Tivo the Super Bowl.
Definitely game 7 but then tape the Super Bowl and watch it later.
Agreed. Nothing can get worse than last years Super Bowl. that was one of the tiest games it has ever been my displeasure to watch.
I've got a DVR. I'd watch them both.
anyways, id rather watch the Superbowl than the NBA finals, unless the Mavs were playing. i love basketball more than football, but the Superbowl is not just a game, its a tradition.

I fantasize about the Lions being in the Superbowl. Then I remember that they are the Lions and can be beat by just about any good high school football team.
I would take game seven over The Superbowl even if my team wasn't in it.
Superbowl by a country 15 miles. It helps that I'm from Texas where football is king. But the Dallas Cowboys winning the superbowl is a glorious thing. The only that trumps that is the Texas Longhorns winning the national championship.
