LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Michael Moore plans a follow-up to "Fahrenheit 9/11," his hit do entary that assails President Bush over the handling of the September 11 attacks and the war on terrorism, according to a Hollywood trade paper.

Moore told Daily Variety that he and Harvey Weinstein, the Miramax boss who produced the film, hope to have "Fahrenheit 9/11 1/2" ready in two to three years.

Yeah, the first one was hard enough to watch ... but if there's another one I'd go see it - if for nothing else than to make me angry enough to find artwork motivation. You have to take his do entaries with a grain of salt, but I think he brings a lot of relevant stuff to the table. I'd love to watch a confrontation between Bush and Moore though ... now that's entertainment, watching Bush get his ass kicked

the only problem i have is that i'll have to hear about it on tv and hear people whine about it for months.

plus, i think moore is damaging the image of the democratic party, but i won't get into that again.

I don't think that Moore has been damaging at all. Fact is, more people voted for John Kerry than voted for Ronald Reagan, both times, and it wasn't just because Kerry had such a charismatic, suave persona. Many people, especially the young who turned out in droves, most in any presidential election ever, agreed with the views expressed by Mr. Moore right or wrong, and voted that way on Nov 2nd.

That is a powerful and growing alliance since more and more young people are getting informed and getting involved in politics. Unlike the religious right, whom W will have a hard time satisfying and keeping together till 2008, the youth vote will remain largely Democratic because their phylosophies are much the same.
