A friend of mine actually called the dealership about this. Evidently, the name "Chacon" isn't a hispanic last name. It's a made-up name that comes from the last names of the 2 people who started the company. They fused their names together, kind of like Joel Silver did when he founded "Miramax" (Mira - his mom, Max - his dad).
And believe it or not, that is the spokesman's real name!
Well, it's time to go buy that Suzuki.
