This is the 4th or perhaps 5th time that my AC/Heat unit has broken. It's freaking cold. It's been an hour since I've called. The last time it broke it was over 100 degrees. I have asked them to order a replacement but they say they can not. And they want us to renew our lease. YEAH FRIGGIN RIGHT.
