He has a player option for next season for $3.1M.
just wondering how long it was, and how much he has left.
He has a player option for next season for $3.1M.
What are the chances he's on the team next year?
I don't see any other team offering him more money. I think we're stuck with him one more year unless he decides to retire. As much as Finley riles me, I'm more worried about Horry coming back for another year.
Right now I agree that's the case, but alot can change before this summer. If Finley, who's FG% has steadily climbed over that last couple months, can string together some productive months and have a playoff performance like last year, I think some team will take a shot at him for a little more money....
Then again, he could suck horribly down the stretch and certainly be on this team (or have the Spurs responsible for his contract at least) next year as well.
If nothing else hes an expiring contract that could be traded at the deadline next season. Expirings always have value.
