The next time you mention SpursTalk.com on the radio, please try to use a less derogatory tone. You guys get a lot of your daily material from what you read on this board... the least you can do is show a little respect.

It was pre-game with Rob Thompson (he was filling in for Jason). They were talking about current NBA standings, what could happen in the playoffs, trades that didn't happen,etc., your basic pre-game conversation, and he said something to the effect of "And I know all you people at spurstalk.com and other forums disagree about this..." blah, blah, blah, but it was the way he said "spurstalk.com" - he put a lot of emphasis on it in a sarcastic way.
Awww Eric Gray, the addition of him to that show rounded out the trifecta of terrible radio show hosts. Vex, Walter, and Eric Gray, worst ing show in the country.
Furthermore, I didn't think grown men could be much uglier then that rat looking Walter, until I saw Eric Gray. Both these ass clowns are ing terrible at their jobs and so is there chubby little brother, Vexler.
It ain't a bad show. I like Walter myself. To each his own.

A few days ago, Wifey and I heard the Thompson Bros go into a segment on "Favorite Guy Movie Quotes." My wife said, "I think they're stealing from your 'Vote Off A Guy Movie' idea." I said, "Probably so. I know they get a lot of their material and talking points from spurstalk, so I wouldn't doubt it. But I stole the idea from some other forum, so who am I to complain?"

Wally and Vex, but they count as one person...either way the show sucks.

Actually, I was listening to pre-game on 1200 WOAI, which I usually do if I'm driving to the game. I will also listen to either the Thompsons or STSA on the drive home, mainly to hear traffic updates, but they occasionally talk about something somewhat interesting.
My beef with Gray was that he could've just said "internet forums" and left it at that. He chose to mention spurstalk and his tone wasn't favorable. At least we have decent conversations on this forum. Half the people that call in to those shows can't form a complete sentence.
Vexler sounds a little similar to David Chancellor, but he doesn't sound anything like Walter.

Certain 'radio talk show personalities' borrow stuff from the Political Forum all the time, but oddly, or not, to us it's a compliment.
but they both suck...hard. so i can see how people might run them together.
