Quick Help - PSP Owners

hey guys i really need help with my PSP. i have little video clips downloaded from limewire, frostwire, etc. and i want to get them onto my PSP. i know how to transfer music but not videos, can somebody give me a step-by-step? thanks

PSP only plays a couple of video formats, so most likely you will have to convert them first.
