Question about parking at ATT Center

Hey guys,

I'm coming from Austin to the game tonight and usually when I come to games I take the VIA Park and Ride at Randolph Blvd. Tonight though I think we are going to try and park right at the arena, so I was wondering where a decent place to park is that is around the 6-8 dollar range. I know there is one of the official lots there for this price, but are there usually spaces available? Also, aren't there a few private lots around there too? Any recommendations? Thanks a bunch!

There is plenty of space in the $8 lot. I also suggest taking the following route:

35 S to
410 S to
10 W
take the E Houston / E Commerce exit
go W on Houston
go N on AT & T parkway

You avoid a lot of the game time traffic on 35 and AT & T parkway looping around.

You should park in the $8 in Lot 6 (not sure if it is, but it's the first lot entrance on the right when on ATT center pkwy). Anyways, once you're in there, park on the left hand side (the pkwy side) near the orange cone things, that way you can leave almost immediately.

might want to check things out, they are having the junior league rummage sale today at the joe freeman coliseum, i believe, not 100% sure. joe freeman is right next to att center.
