I hate the way everything is reduced to monetary value in todays world. Some things, like the environment, and social networks, cannot be valued in $$$, and when they inevitably are, they are massively undervalued.

There's 100's of those "website appraisal" sites that supposedly give free appraisals. I've seen them rate the same site anywhere between $7 and $200,000 depending on which appraisal site you use.
It's a weird concept. They need a lot more info than is available to them to actual appraise a site - which is probably why people who really want to sell use an appraisal site that you pay for.
