Cosby's "Himself" show is one of the most popular, classically funniest, and most memorable comedic performances of all time.
You would think that this poser hole would think that someone watching his HBO special (who btw would probably be a fan of stand-up comedy) might have seen the "Himself" show, remembered the joke, and said to him/herself, "Hey, where have I heard this before...oh, yeah Bill Cosby...this guy just copied and pasted that !"

What you see/hear in the originals were true comedians who had perfected their unique style with an impeccable delivery (done differently of course).
Mencia just bas ized 2 good jokes and somehow made simple concepts like child raising and the story of Jesus into un-funny comedic abortions.
Im a horrible joke-teller, but if I were blatantly ripping off comedic legends material, I think I could muster a much better delivery than either of those. What a hack.

I've tried to defend the guy in the past, it's a lot easier to steal obvious jokes, especially ones that deal with current events, and it's easy to steal jokes that have already been done a million times by other comedians, like having your mother throw a chancla at you or fitting a bunch of Mexicans into a car, but this is just such a specific joke that I can't see how he'd come up with it independantly, but the worst part for him is that it really showcases how much better a comedian Bill Cosby is.
I mean in the Bill Cosby joke you laugh throughout, first you see him knock the crap out of a little kid, funny, then he bites a tree, funny, then you unleash him on High School kids, funny, 800 touch downs per game, funny, then three million students, 800 thousand people in the stands, funny, then he runs over everybody, funny, then the actual punch line.
In Bills version you laugh a bunch of times, in Carlos's "version" you only laugh at the punchline...
He's a ...kind of like Dane Cook and Dennis Leary for stealing jokes...
