Last night were both some really good games. There were lots of atm fans there and they were rowdy, but to be honest it wasn't near as loud as the OSU/GT Final Four game in 2004. However in that game there were lots of GT fans as well, so it was not just one sided.
I learned after the FF game, that if you want better seats to immeditaely run down to the main floor by the main doors and start asking the losing team fans for their seats... because they ain't coming back. And boy did that place empty out in a hurry. We ended up paying a guy 40 bucks for his 8th row courtside seats for not only the Ohio/UT game but the game Sat as well.
Both really good games. Both games, the losing team completely choked.
Ha! That's exactly what we did except you got a better deal. I paid an aggy $55 for his that were 13 rows up. Still damn good seats though.
I thought the best game of the night was the Memphis game. But that was before tOSU/Tenn took the court. That was an even better game.
Looking forward to the final tomorrow.
Personally, I thought the Marist vs. OSU game had a better atmosophere except that it was in the NIT.

I do have an answer for ourselves: it's called get the rebound. Or it's called: outplay Memphis all game only to blow it with 3 seconds left on the clock.

i was at the 98 final four championship game in the 5th row, seats courtesy of the DOLEAC ATTACK!! our dads went to dental school together. i got to sit next to his ex-gf who later tried to pull the "oh you're in the NBA now this baby must be yours" trick. good times.
