    Well...it does look pretty similar...Kobe gets blocked an swings his hands...Gasol gets the ball stolen and swings his hands. Seems pretty similar.

    This just proves then THIS and any of Kobes elbows are not suspendable actions.

    Gasol was stripped and made a move towards the ball... He had no way of knowing Kobe would literally stick his face between Gasol's outreached hands and the ball.
