A flat 5K (3.1 mile) Run or Walk...
Race starts at 0800!
All proceeds to the "Fisher House" (the Military version of the Ronald McDonald house) and the AF Sergeants Association benefit programs.

I won't be able to make this one (I'll be hunting the entire week after turkey day), but I've started running again (Progress is slow, check the BS forum). But keep us updated on upcoming events, I need to have something to train for.
You and Joe have fun (C'mon Joe, don't let the wing-wiper beat you).
The "I'm going for a 6 mile run and won't be back to bump this till Saturday sometime bump".

Got it done in 50:39.... with running up a hill backwards for 100 yards...

I'm definitely in. I had a blast last year. But Goph, you definitely gotta free up the rest of your day this time. I'm sure you've got all kinds of stories to tell of Afghanistan...
Joe, you gotta make this time buddy. Our introduction is long overdue.
We will have to plan something.... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my basketball team plays later in the day... not that morning.... Perhaps a
dinner at my house later.... after my 5 year olds are done running amok...
I might also remind the mighty Gopher dude that the band pictured below will be tearing up Gruene Hall that night.
Unfortunately I won't be there, because the Traffic Department's Christmas party is that night at Retama Park.
(Nothing like working in two different departments and getting two different Christmas Parties...)
