I complained to [email protected] about the sucky website that makes me run Internet Exploder instead of FireFox, and he didn't answer nor fix it, so he's got my number.

Yeah I asked about the Firefox thing too. He said that he has already brought it to the attention of management but that they said it's not a high priority right now. I'll keep following up.
