Oh, yes. There will be lots of serious advice forthcoming here.
There's this woman at my wife's work that's into men and women. It's only a matter of time before she wants to have a threesome with my wife and I.
Has anyone had one before and if so, how did it turn out? My general feeling is these things always end the same....bad.

I did it in college with my 1st hubby (we were only dating at the time) and his brother. It went fine, nothing bad happened. I did feel kind of awkward around my bro-in-law after that, I think he wanted to do it again. There were others with people I didn't know so that was better. Unless you have a very solid marriage I wouldn't recommend it though.
If you have never done this before, I wouldn't start with your wife. No matter how much she says it's OK, one or both of you will probably feel twinges of guilt later and/or regret it. It's very rare that one or more parties involved doesn't have some level of regret later.

As for the advice... had my share of threesomes in the young & crazy days, and they can be great fun from a physical point of view, but I'd have to think long and hard before doing it again in a serious relationship.
