Who's that guy?
Dan Majerle, in the Suns/Lakers pre-game, made a one-handed 3 pointer off glass from the sideline at about halfcourt. He then sat in a chair and lobbed the ball over his left shoulder and made a 3 off glass on the other basket.
Holy . I wish I had a link to the video, because that was freakin amazing. And Barkley was saying he [Majerle] used to do this all the time.
Seriously, I dont know the dude.![]()
Played with the Suns. Had a career 3pt average of 43.1%. Not too shabby. He was a pretty good defender, if I remember correctly. That Suns team was good, but they just ran into a Bulls team that was better.
Ok thanks.
The only ex-Sun I know is Charles 'Krispy Kreme' Barkley.
He must have been a show-off, maybe wants to sign with Dallas and join his buddy Willis.![]()
jason kidd, kevin johnson, stephon marbury?
You don't know who Thunder Dan is?!?!?!
My bad, I meant ex-Sun during the 90s.
JK and KJ just slipped my mind.
I have it DVR'd ... if I could figure out how to get it to my PC I'd YouTube it, I couldn't find it there yet.

Damn. I have a DVR and I didn't record it. I just laid there on my couch in stunned silence. Clearly, it would have taken waay too much effort to hit the record button. Besides, I didn't want to spill my beer.
I just looked up a stat on Dan Majerle that is pretty amazing.
In 1992-93 season, the season that they went to the finals and lost to the Bulls, Dan played all 82 games, averaging 39 minutes per game.
By the way, the Suns had a 62-20 record that season (league best).
trade beno + Barry for majerle?
He's too young for the Spurs.![]()
He's also one of the tannest bas s to ever play in the NBA. When the Suns would play the Jazz he looked like a carrot standing next to the pastiness that is John Stockton.
Thunder Dan was the .

3 pt shooter...
I just saw it too, sweet shots back to back. I wonder he will be getting any phone calls![]()
He may have been 35% for his career at the 3 pt line, but seems like he was 85% from 2 feet or more behind the three.
Anyone see that dunk cedric ceballos made with a blindfold? lets call him!
