San Diego is the creepiest city I've ever been to, and I've been to a few.
There are a lot of nice cities in California; not sure I'd list L.A. as one of them – lousy urban design but there are more miserable places in the world.

Drum Major for the United States Marine Band. Alba was raised in an Air Force family, along with her brother, Joshua Alba, and her grandparents until she was 17 years old. Her father's Air Force career took the family to Biloxi, Mississippi, and Del Rio, Texas, before they settled back in California.
