Myth commonly said about Denver as "hottest team"

Frequently heard on pre-games as if it was written on "gold tablets": "Denver was the hottest team entering the playoffs". Granted they were pretty hot, went on a nice road trip, and played better but still stunk at home in mucn of the later part of the season.

Furthermore, this is also open to debate as the Spurs until the "Crawford debacle" that took away a shot at a second seed had trounced the Suns and streaked since the all star game, and could have had 60 wins - if Pop had not conceeded a few at the end.

The best team (by a notable margin, if you look at both sides of the ball, Camby's "under-deserved DPOY award" non-withstanding.) is winning this series, and arguebly the hottest as well.

I won't say anithing about previous years, but take into consideration what they expect about AI, he's a great palyer, next to Melo + Camby + Nene and the rest of the crew you assume they will have a great team, but for me that's not necessary enough to defeat a contender.

Melo is still young (and still make stupid things, probably a professional assistance wouldn't hurt), he'll get some good shots in the future, but right now they play well, but enough ... not to mention chemistry, not sure about that, but jealous could be a factor.
