I want Golden State to win on Thursday so that Conan O'Brien will mention it in his monologue on Friday.
He just mentioned Barkley today. This, and only this, is why I want to see Golden State take the series. Because I like Conan O' Brien.
Game 6 was a peace of cake for the Mavs, this won't be any different.

GS is done. Jackson, Richardson, Davis & especially Barnes are nothing but grandstanding misfits who are going to continue their implosion in front of thousands of disappointed fans Thursday night.
No other team wanted these guys and the GS fans are going to find out why. They are going to be so busy mugging for the camera and the fans that Dallas is going to steal this series from right under their noses. They had a great run but the miracle threes and half court shots at the buzzer are going to quit falling...just like they did last night in the last 3 minutes when Dallas threw a 15-0 run at them.
And how did these hotshots respond during crunch time? They all looked afraid to take a shot... , they looked like Dallas against Miami last year. And we all know how that ended up.
GS played in the last 3 minutes like how Dallas has played the whole series.
Instead of disappearing in dire times and reappearing when the Mavs win, just watch the game and root for your team.
Unfortunately I agree. ends in game 6. I really expected Dallas to blow GS out in game 5 and it never happened. they dodged a HUGE bullet, because GS gave it away in the end. I mean, they kept dribbling and chuking it like idiots. they had a 9 pt lead! they could have ended it there. Dallas is in big trouble. but then again, GS is young team, they could choke.

I agree- GS DID play like Dallas has for the entire series...until the last three minutes.
And...I don't "disappear" when we lose. I just don't post ridiculous smack day after day...win or lose. And if you had seen my few posts (after Mavs losses) you would see that I am as hard on them as anyone about choking, etc. They will never win a championship unless they develop a LOT more mental toughness than they have exhibited so far (including last year's collapse against Miami).
Perhaps they are starting to grow some balls. I hope so. I doubt that there are many Mav-haters on here who gave them a prayer of winning the game last night down by 9 with 3 minutes to go.
And I doubt that there are many Spurs fans who would like to have Barnes et al on their team.
You do realize that the team you're so openly talking degrading as worthless about had (and has) your backs to the wall up 3-1 and now 3-2, right? What does that say about Dallas?

DUH! Yes, I realize that they are up in the series but that doesn't make them any less the misfits that they are.
I guess that I am WAY too "old school". I grew up watching the Big O, Russell, Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor, Cousy, Havlicek, West, etc. I went on to play Division 1 bball. I tried my best to emulate the habits and style of my NBA heroes (I didn't come close playing-wise).
Now we have smack talking idiots like Jackson & Barnes who act like every shot they make is the end of the series. These clowns gripe about every call. , it used to be an automatic technical- by rule- if a player didn't raise his hand after a foul.
OK, cahlk it up to my being just an old fart...but I wouldn't want any son of mine to emulate Jackson, Richardson, Davis or Barnes.
what about terry or howard? would you want your son emulating them? would you want him to be a big like harris?

I haven't seen Terry or Howard retreating down the court waving their arms at the opposing crowd and nodding their head like "yeah, I'm bad", etc. etc.
If you can't see what I am talking about, no amount of silly posts on here are going to make you agree with me.
And, that "big Harris" scored 8 straight points last night in the 4th and virtually single handedly kept the Mavs in the game during that stretch.
Bottom line- I would rather they emulate all 3 of them long before I'd want them to emulate the crap coming out of GS.
