Avery is like a much-loved son who becomes a criminal and goes to prison. You still love him and hope he changes his ways and comes back to you in the future. Just because your son runs with a bad crowd, you don't stop loving him, but you may dis-own him for a while....when he realizes the error of his ways and comes back....then you welcome him with open arms !

Mavs (including Cuban, Avery, most Fans and most players) are totally without any class at all and deserve no respect. Respect is earned. If Avery was respected as a player at one time, he has certainly worked toward showing his true colors under Cuban and the Mavs organization.

Avery was the last coach to knock the Spurs out of the playoffs, so he'll remain a subject for scorn...and by the way, its not personal. He's a great guy we all agree.

Maybe this was just gossip, but I heard that Avery wasn't happy about the way he left SA, feeling that he shouldn't have been kicked overboard in favor of the youth movement at PG - Daniels and Parker.
And I can't be the only one who thinks that the taco is the greatest food on earth. It's the one thing I never get tired of.
