I do not wish to discredit either side of the debates intelligence so lets brainstorm and see what has been accomplished for both sides of the story

pros
Osama, name down in infamy, largest attack on american soil, hero to radical muslims(those that actually believe he was behind it)
cons
military lessoned to notghing lost control of his taliban regiment, all that he worked for gone most likely dead.


American government/Larry Silverstein
pros
WTC complex rebuilt at cost effiencent manner(insurance), to suit new age technology
America spreading freedom to all enemies of isreal
No limit to who can be targeted in an all out war on terror(face less enemy)

cons
thousands dead, fear of terrorism thus resulting in need for more goverment monitoring, air travel never the same again.
